Sustainable Sourcing
Joseph Homes feature Texas-made RAM Windows. These ultra-energy-efficient, Energy Star® certified windows are VOC-free and composed of insulated glass and thermally-broken aluminum frames that dramatically reduce heat transfer.
Joseph Design Build also uses Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances, which have an outstanding energy-efficiency Energy Star® rating.
Every Joseph home comes equipped with a smart thermostat, reducing energy consumption and helping homeowners better track and improve energy use habits throughout the year.
