When submitting a warranty request, please describe your claim in detail, including the location of any issues within the home, and when the problem began.
If you are able to take photos of the areas in question, please attach them above.
Warranty requests are extremely rare, but they do happen. In the event of a claim, Joseph Design Build wants to ensure that any issues are handled quickly and professionally. The more information you give us, the better we can identify the problem and begin working to correct it.
Only one warranty claim may be made per submission. If you have another claim to bring to our attention, please submit a new form.
The Joseph Design Build warranty covers specific defects that occurred during the construction process. We are not responsible for any issues that do not directly result from defects in materials or workmanship.
In order to obtain warranty service, you must submit a request for approval by filling out the fields above.
Once submitted, your request will be reviewed by our team to determine the cause of the problem and the degree to which it is covered by warranty. You can expect a prompt response from one of our representatives.
If accepted, we will repair or replace the relevant damage at no additional cost.
